Organizing events of our scale requires a lot of effort, this is what YOU can expect:

• Lots of responsibility and direct one-on-one contact with the organisers.
• Marketing & social media (instagram, tiktok, facebook)
• Cost analyzations & budgetting
• Artists; care, bookings & communication
• Event production: contacting suppliers & negotiating.
• Location scouting, what is a good location?
• Council & permits
• And much more
